For returning customers - your old password and username will no longer work, but our system will recognize your email address. Please use the above access code method. Once logged in, you can reset your password under the “My Account” section.
If you don’t have an account with Cosmo you can also use the access code method to create an account with us.
An email will be sent to you which will allow you to set the password and gain access. Please check your junk or spam email folders in case it finds its way there. If you have any trouble, our Customer Support team can help!
