Shop by Appointment at Cosmo Music allows you to browse and shop in our retail store with one of our music specialists for an exclusive one-on-one shopping experience. Our staff tailors each appointment to suit your musical needs, whether you're shopping for your first instrument, new gear, or that unique something to add to your collection – we're here to help you with our undivided attention.
How to Book Your Appointment
Easily book your appointment online in 5 simple steps.
- Select a staff member from the department you’re most interested in
- Select the date and time for your appointment
- Add your details; name, email, phone number, and any special requests
- Answer a few questions to help us better understand your needs
- Click 'Book'
30-minute appointments are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 10am to 11am, for you and up to one guest. If you require more time for your appointment, contact us so we can accommodate your shopping needs.
Cancel, Reschedule, or Update Your Booking
Appointments are easy to book, cancel, or reschedule; simply email bookings@cosmo.ca.
