The Radial JDI Duplex is a full-feature, passive stereo direct box designed to enhance connectivity and reduce noise. The Duplex employs two Jensen audio transformers to deliver exceptional signal handling with virtually zero phase shift or harmonic distortion. When driven to extremes, Jensen's natural saturation smoothes out highly dynamic instruments such as active bass, digital piano and electronic drums which can all sound harsh when pushed hard. Transformer isolation provides the additional benefit of eliminating troublesome ground loops that can cause hum and buzz in the audio system or interfere with video displays.
